Changeovers
Guest-ready turnarounds between 10am and 3pm, done by the two of us.

Domestic cleaning
Regular cleans for coastal homes, plus one-off deep cleans when you need them.

A walkthrough, an inventory and a photo condition report, so everything is on record.
Step 3: We set everything up
Keys, listings, pricing and cleaning schedule, all sorted for you.
Step 4: You stay in the loop
Photos after every clean and a clear monthly statement. Our mobile is always on.
About us
A family business, not an agency.
We’re Tim and Natalie. After years in meticulous, high-end property care, we moved to the South Devon coast and fell in love with Dartmouth, Salcombe and the South Hams.
We kept meeting owners stuck with impersonal agencies, or with subcontracted cleaners where the standard changes every week. So we do it differently. When you hire us, you work with us. Our daughter helps on busy changeover days, and nobody else ever sets foot in your property.
We’re not trying to be big. We look after a small number of homes and holiday lets, and we look after them properly.
